Making a fresh donations post re: my current situation –
Right now I am about halfway toward my expected goal with the money I’m saving up from work + what I’ve received from my lovely followers. I am working with my cousin to look into getting a bigger place (for me, my cousin and her husband and her two teenage boys) in the Dallas, TX area. (That means a three bedroom apartment).
For those who aren’t aware, I have a disability (epilepsy) and am in the process of trying to get disability payments. Until then I am on very very limited income, cannot drive, and am very restricted on where I can live.
My cousin is not rich by any means. My situation is not dire – as in, I’m not going to be homeless anytime soon – but I am still sleeping on a sofa in a tiny two bedroom apartment with 5 adults. So any and all help would be very much appreciated right now.
(I am also helping my cousin pay rent + bills on her current apartment since I am living with her now, so still need a little help with donations for food, etc.)
