I think that what helped me the most was counting the days I didn’t cut. 1 day, 1 month, then 1 year… It was getting harder and harder to relapse because I didn’t want to start all over again. But sometimes only counting how many days in the month can help. 10 days free on 31? Amazing. It’s better than 0 day. Count the days, dwell on the good ones. You can do this.
